Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce a series of live, instructor-led webinars about the new features and functionality coming to FSA Partner Connect in July 2025. As described in the May 8, 2025 Electronic Announcement, FSA Partner Connect will become the primary enrollment and user management service for FSA, which includes the addition of Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) enrollment functionality. The SAIG Enrollment website will be retired. These webinars will describe the new functionality in FSA Partner Connect and are designed to ease users’ transition to the new system.
We will present this webinar series in June–July 2025. Participants are encouraged to ask questions by using the chat feature during the webinar and a Q&A session will follow each presentation.
You do not need to register for these webinars. Participation will be available on a first come, first-served basis and we can accommodate up to 10,000 attendees in each session.
Refer to the sections below for more information about each webinar, including instructions to add reminders to your calendar for the sessions that you would like to attend.
Self-paced learning resources will also be available in July, including job aids to walk you through various processes and webinar recordings. See the “Additional Training Resources” section below for more information.

Account Access Management Center Overview

Discover the enhanced Account Access Management Center (AAMC), your new hub for creating user accounts, managing access permissions, and performing administrative tasks more efficiently within your organization. My Account and Access Management

The My Account feature on FSA Partner Connect centralizes access to crucial account information and allows for easy customization of your experience. This webinar provides a refresher for existing features in FSA Partner Connect, along with important updates and new functionality to streamline workflows. This webinar is intended for all FSA Partner Connect and SAIG users.

To add an iCalendar invitation to your calendar now, to remind you of the webinar details, follow the instructions below:

Log into the FSA Training Center.
Note: If you do not have a username and password for the FSA Training Center, select "Create new account" at the bottom of the log-in page and follow the instructions to create a username and password.

Select “Systems Training” from the main menu bar. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose “FSA Partner Connect.”

Select the “Partner” icon in the middle of the page. Scroll to the “Live Webinar Calendar.”

Locate a webinar in the table and select the iCalendar file to download and save the invitation to your calendar. The invitation includes the webinar link. If Outlook is not your default calendar, you may download the iCalendar (.ics) file and then upload it to your system calendar. The table on the Upcoming Webinars page also includes a link to the webinar.
In addition to the live webinars, we will also provide a collection of self-paced training materials, including job aids to walk you through various processes step-by-step. Webinar recordings will also be available. We will update this announcement when the materials are available in July.
To view these additional resources when they are available, log in to the FSA Training Center as described above and once again select “Systems Training” from the main menu bar. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose “FSA Partner Connect” and then select the “Partner” icon in the middle of the page.
